Royce Universal participated in the Sustainability Expo 2023.
Royce Universal, as a member of the manufacturing industry group, focuses on developing a recycling system that leads to the development of the Roycycling process. This process involves recycling and upcycling “waste” materials, which we consider valuable resources, to minimize the cycle of returning them for reuse, aligning with the Sustainability Development Goal for sustainable community living. We participated in the Sustainability Expo 2023, the largest sustainability event in ASEAN, held from October 28th to November 8th, 2023.
Multilateral Collaboration for Sustainability
Mr. Touchawatt Techamongkoljit, a CEO of Royce Universal Company Limited, participated in the event “Multilateral Collaboration for Sustainability” on March 1 st 2024. This event aimed to facilitate private sector collaboration in driving economic and social development starting from grassroots level towards sustainability. It aimed to foster understanding of community and social development initiatives under the support of the Board of Investment (BOI). Key takeaways discussed in this meeting included integrating the concepts of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the company’s business operations throughout its value chain. This involves transparent disclosure of information according to international standards. This collaboration between governments and private sectors would help drive economic and social development from grassroots towards sustainability. This is crucial for the stability, economic resilience, social well-being, environmental sustainability, and overall prosperity of the country, ensuring that everyone moves forward together with confidence, prosperity, and sustainability.
